Pre-Docking or Pre-Purchase Inspection

Pre-docking or pre-purchase inspections are crucial stages in the lifecycle of a vessel, ensuring its exploatation period, compliance with international regulations, and overall condition before docking or purchase. These inspections involve a general assessment of the vessel's structural integrity to identify any deficiencies or areas requiring maintenance or repair.

Hull Condition Program Assessment

A hull condition program assessment is a comprehensive evaluation conducted on the hull of a vessel to determine its overall condition, structural integrity, and maintenance needs. This assessment is crucial for ensuring the safety, seaworthiness, and operational efficiency of the vessel. During hull condition program ssessment, our experienced tehnicians conduct various inspections on ships hull, including: Coating Integrity, Thickness Mesurement, Corrosion Evaluation and Structural Integrity.

Steel Renewal Calculations and Drafts

Steel renewal calculations and drafts involve determining the extent of damage to steel structures on a vessel or any other maritime asset, calculating the required repairs or replacements, and creating detailed drafts or plans for executing the repairs. Based on the assessment, calculate the required repairs or renewals. This involves determining the amount of steel to be replaced, estimating material costs, and calculating labor and equipment expenses. We create detailed drafts or plans for executing the repairs or renewals. This includes preparing technical drawings, schematics, and specifications that outline the scope of work, repair methods, and materials to be used.

Repair Supervision

Steel repair supervision involves overseeing and managing the repair process of steel structures on vessels or maritime assets to ensure that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Our experts will ensure cost efficient supervision while also providing quality assessment before, during and after repairs.

Cathodic Protection Inspection

Cathodic Protection Inspection involves assessing the effectiveness and functionality of cathodic protection systems installed on maritime structures such as ships, offshore platforms, pipelines, and marine infrastructure. Cathodic protection is a vital corrosion prevention method used to protect submerged or buried metallic structures from corrosion by making them the cathode of an electrochemical cell. Visual assessment of the cathodic protection system components is to be carried out, including anodes, reference electrodes, cables, and electrical connections. Inspectors look for signs of physical damage, corrosion, or deterioration that may affect the system's performance.
